Crown of Worms

Once again I display my fascination with rotting teeth in maggot-ridden gums! I spent far, far too long on this, to the point where I was agonising over each brush-stroke.

Adding the eyeball in the back of his throat was a last-minute idea that I ran with; he’s meant to be munching down on human remains, but then again he might just be a mutant. I used photo reference for the barbed wire, but the rest is from somewhere in my head.
