The Hallowes

The inspiration for this picture came when I was walking around town one Saturday and, happening to glance upwards, I suddenly noticed the buildings above the shopfronts. I liked the narrow, Georgian buildings with their crumbling bricks and peeling plaster that towered above the facades Virgin Megastores and Woolworths, and this picture was duly born.
